International phone number lookup toll free look up 800 888

There are quite a few international *yellow page* directories online that are quite useful when you are looking for a listed number. If it is toll free or just a listed number, these sites will usually pull up the answer for you. I have listed onlyUSA sites that are for toll-free #'s ONLY.

As I said - keep in mind that these directories work great IF the phone number is LISTED. These directories (ANY directories, international or otherwise, do NOT work for unlisted numbers, non-published number OR - ever - or cell phone numbers - ever!) no matter what joe-scammer tries to tell you!

I have taken a few hours to look up the bigger countries for you (and for myself) or what I imagine to be the most *looked for* in terms of population and relation to the USA (of course, I could be wrong) but it's still a heck of a good list to keep bookmarked.

NOTE: Don't forget to use babelfish or the like if the site is not readable to you - it will translate into english or whatever native language you want it to so it is easier for you to use.

There are NO listings for individual people (yep) but you can search for any business or government agency. I cannot find a Japan phone directory that DOES list residential! IF you find one or know of one; please let me in on it, ok? ;}

Infobel does both yellowpages and residential numbers. It works ok but has a lot of advertising.
